Very nice place and clean. Counter staffs are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There is some small issue with my room and the counter stuff are very efficient to rectify the issue. Will definitely come back again when I'm back to Hangzhou!

We chose the hotel because it was close to the Olympic stadium, so if you need to be around that area? It’s perfect! The room (and hotel) is very clean, no smells in the bedroom or stains in the bathroom. The hotel has basic but good choices for breakfast. Overall? A very enjoyable stay.
