Services on par with 5-star hotel! Enjoyed my stay at Nostalgia S Hotel. Staffs were all polite and helpful, starting with allowing early check-in and bringing our luggages to the room to sending our clothes from washing machine into dryer and folding them nicely and stored at front desk for collection. Would recommend family and friends if they ever go to Hangzhou.

This is truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at during my years of travel. The staff was superb—attentive and incredibly welcoming, making us feel at home even though we are thousands of miles away. They went above and beyond by helping us deliver our luggage to our room and demonstrating the room's functions. Most impressively, they took the initiative to inform us about the various amenities available, including complimentary laundry, late-night supper, and door-to-door laundry service, which made our stay extremely convenient.
The hotel’s location is excellent, being centrally situated near a metro station within just a few minutes’ walk, and only one station away from the high-speed railway station—making travel very easy. Additionally, it’s within walking distance to many tourist attractions, including 河街坊, where you can enjoy authentic local food, shop for souvenirs, and more.
I have no complaints whatsoever and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family. I look forward to staying here again if I visit Hangzhou in the future.

Thankful for the service from the hotel and their generosity to provide a lot of free necessaries. They always attend us with their friendly smile although sometime we are asking a lot of questions. And they also guide us where to find nice food.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hangzhou—it’s by far the best hotel I’ve experienced! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The environment was exceptionally comfortable, with well-designed rooms that made me feel at home.
One of the highlights of my stay was the strategic location. It’s within walking distance of the metro station, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. The hotel also provides top-notch facilities, and I was particularly impressed by the smart toilet bowl, which added an extra touch of luxury to the stay.
Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. I will definitely be returning in the future!

It is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The hospitality and service are top-notch. They even provided medication if you were feeling unwell. The room was spacious, and amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste were provided.

My only complaint is the twin bed room is facing the residential side building which affects my privacy, and was told all twin rooms are facing the residential side. Other than this, the hotel is perfect. I will definitely visit hangzhou again and will stay here without doubt

This is the best hotel we’ve stayed during our Hangzhou trip. Room is clean and has lots of amenities . Service standards is superb . Will stay here again.
