設施：齊全，品牌潔具，自動馬桶，床單乾淨整潔，床墊舒適，電梯後邊有洗衣房，大廳有機器人送餐（本人未使用過）
衞生：乾淨清爽，像新開的，衞生間角落都很乾凈，裝修風格我特喜歡，牆面，衞生間牆面都用一種帶紋路的防水材料包裹，特清爽，房間非常安靜隔音，住得很安心。樓道地毯很乾凈，保潔阿姨很有禮，每次路過都熱情打招呼問候。
環境：商圈附近，輕軌站出口過斑馬線即到，而且對面30米就是商場，出行、吃飯都超級爽，不用擔心景點附近的衞生狀況。
服務：預訂前特意打過電話諮詢前台，小姐姐聲音很温柔，很熱心為我查詢去城市觀景陽台的路線，入住後，前台所有遇上的小帥哥、小姐姐都很熱心，特別提一下保潔阿姨，每次路過她都熱情打招呼送祝福。再説説早餐，就在同層電梯旁，品種不算很豐富，但看起來都比較衞生，這才是我看重的。最後説説價格，訂了兩間房，一間大床，一間雙床房，春節期間來居然非常非常實惠，還含雙早，可以説是我住過最乾淨、最滿意、性價比最高的一次酒店。如果還有機會再來杭州，我還會選擇這家酒店！

連鎖酒店的優點就是服務熱情 特別是前台有位小哥哥 人超好的
缺點就是窗太小 會有點壓抑 房間也不大 純簡約風
建議：五樓電梯口的斜坡改為全部 而不是一大半台階一小半斜坡 一小半斜坡對不準容易造成事故（我們家的輪椅就在這斜坡上翻車了ō͡≡o）

超級棒。位置也很方便，離地鐵口也很近，邊上就是天虹，地鐵口出來也很多吃的😋😋😋
酒店環境也很好，衞生什麼都很乾凈，前台的員工也很好，温柔體貼。
酒店內設施也很棒，除了沒有洗澡可穿的拖鞋之外都很好👍

這家漢庭酒店真的讓我挺滿意的。房間寬敞又明亮，設施也都挺新的，住着挺舒服。價格也不貴，性價比超高。服務員態度也挺好的，有啥需要他們都能及時幫忙解決。下次來這邊玩，還住這兒！

房間比預想的好，寬敞明亮，窗户也大，衞生做的也不錯，乾乾淨淨的，前台服務也很好，幫我選了一個很好的房間，太棒了，感謝前台小姐姐，我們還去了市民中心的城市陽台看了燈光秀，真的是蠻震撼的，人真的多啊，我們第二天去東站地鐵直達，衹需要20多分鐘路程，地鐵就在邊上很方便的，去哪裡都方便

服務真的很好，走了送了好幾瓶水，還送了早餐，小孩子很喜歡，酒店還有機器人，送物很方便。停車方便，位置很多，完全不擔心，設施好，環境優美。

一直住漢庭，服務很好，賓至如歸，衞生打掃的很乾凈，新店是新開的，設施設備很新，房間很大。早餐很好吃，品種齊全，乾淨衞生很清爽，環境好，旁邊有商場吃的東西多。離邵逸夫醫院很近，出行方便。
