大堂的保安小哥哥素質很高，早餐時門口等候的服務員特別熱情，酒店大堂空中花園游泳池很有品質，房間設施也很新，衞浴間的不銹鋼壁龕高度剛好可以放手機洗澡時看電視淋不上水，打算回去裝修也學習一下這個設計，整體而言這個新開的酒店性價比是我住過最高的，超過很多四星級，走的時候還送了小點心，五一出來旅遊前幾個酒店都追着要好評，衹有這家是主動評價的，我是自來水！嘻嘻！

上一個訂單已經詳述：親子游，訂兩個房間但不安排到同一層、説了也沒用，覺得理所應當的樣子。房間有很大的裝修味道！晚上沒有熱水，一直到凌晨都沒有，這是最最最讓我痛恨的地方。本來要住幾天的，還好，衹先訂了一晚，第二天立即走。看後面有多少冤大頭。

這個服務的差評給昨天晚上（5月9號）10:44接電話的那個女的前台！服務真的很差勁，問能不能升級房型，她很不耐煩。然後最後她説看看給申請一下，就把我電話給掛了…這是藉口而已，因為她掛了之後是回不了我的。後面也是果真沒有後續了。當時問房間的時候，一會兒説這個沒房了，那個沒房了，但其實看到攜程還是都可以定的，她服務態度不是一般的差，太荒唐了。 住酒店這麼久第一次遇到這樣的服務生…不會再來！

完全超預期的體驗。 預訂前對此酒店的設施環境表示懷疑，沒想到十一國慶不到四百一晚的酒店，有着準五星的設施和服務，三百多的酒店有至少萬怡和希爾頓花園檔次的水準，居然還有室外泳池，這價格還要啥自行車。
