A "mass dormitory" in an old building, mixing short-term and long-term stayers. Bathroom is inside the dorm. Room was quite dirty and smelled bad because some people smoke inside the room and out in the corridors. There was trash on my bed upon check-in. However, the staffs were really nice.

Who knows, family members! This four-person room is really amazing! The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, and there is no sense of crowding at all. The bed is comfortable, and you can have a good sleep as soon as you lie down. The sanitation is super clean, and there is no odor. The facilities are complete, and air conditioning and hot water are all available. The boss is also very enthusiastic and provides a lot of travel suggestions. I will come again next time!

Very good...temporarily changed from a special offer room with a big bed to a 4-person room...before changing back to the special offer room with a big bed the next day...was shaken/shocked by the person in the lower bunk at around 5am and woke up around 6am and couldn't fall asleep...saw a note on the wall saying that if you give a good review, the front desk will allow you to check out at 4pm...after making a phone call...overslept and woke up at 5pm and booked a special offer room with a big bed again...thank you for understanding👊Hangzhou 4-person room has 3 floors of escalators...safer than the youth hostel in Beijing
