Lovely little place with simple, homely and pleasing designs and amazing friendly, easy relaxed service. I had a solo room on the ground floor which
had heated floors and a comfortable bed. It was in a peaceful enclave opposite a park surrounding the lake, just really walkable, peaceful and surrounded by nature. Wish I could’ve stayed a couple more days just to relax. The ladies running the place were friendly, polite and patient - easy going and at least one of them spoke English.

Host super cute, she gave us a free English breafast and also room upgrade. She is very good at English, you can ask her some advice about restaurants, nice places to visit, etc... the room is very clean

The house is clean and hygienic, warmly decorated, with comfortable floor heating, homemade Chinese and Western breakfast, and delicious coffee. It is within walking distance to Yangdi of West Lake and Leifeng Pagoda. It is not far to Lingyin Temple by taxi or by bike.

It was clean and tidy, very hygienic, and the landlady helped to take the washed clothes to the roof to dry.
