地理位置稍微偏一點，最近地鐵在5公裡外。在中國網絡作家村，周圍環境不錯，房間也不錯，，訂這邊主要是為了浴缸泡澡，但是浴缸有點失望，太小了。對了，房間燈光也比較暗。

地面和牆面是水泥的（不是水泥色藝術漆），很多邊角處都有返鹼。
雙床房一張床像睡木板一樣硬，一張鋼絲床，一動就是吱嘎響。
智能衹有窗簾和馬桶有電動。
説加 20 塊錢提供早餐，小童免費，結果淋着雨（是的，餐廳要淋雨過去）找過去關門，説 9 點後才會提供早點（服了）。
雖説靠近白馬湖，但是衹能隔着小窗遠遠地看，門在背湖面。
到店、離店都需要打電話聯繫，否則找不到人。

衞生打掃的還可以，就是第二天打掃房間衞生一次性拖鞋沒放礦泉水沒放，衞生打掃的還可以，這民宿周邊環境還可以，就是離市區太遠了，民宿是樓梯老闆看我們帶了孩子就給了二樓的房間，這間房離湖水很近可以聽到知了的叫聲，每天晚上要睡覺要把衞生間門關上，自動窗簾有時候按鍵不行，你點了關窗簾第一次反應很慢，第二次點完關一半拉開窗簾也是一樣有時候開一半，自動窗簾不好有時好用有時不好用反應很慢，洗澡間頂上的那個花灑不是所有都出水，那幾天杭州很熱我們要坐飛機回家那天天氣不太熱，孩子坐轎車暈車大巴公交地鐵飛機不暈車不暈機，走的那天打車到機場要下車孩子吐了，最後我老公和司機商量清理費，司機説費用是300我老公説260前面司機説不行最後説好了清理費260。

沒吃早餐，因為老闆説給我升了個級，所以看到了偶爾的小蟲蟲我也沒去説什麼，一樓，味道有點重，不通風，床鋪還不錯，就是有小蟲，可能跟在農村有關係吧

民宿就在中國網絡作家村裡麪，離北航很近，村裡的路直接能走過去，大約5分鐘就能到，民宿早餐9點可以提供，好像是20（片兒川，麪疙瘩這些），民宿餐廳出來走到馬路上左手邊就是一個小賣部，再往前走有一大片草坪，可以野餐，露營，燒烤，環境是真的好，可惜就待了一天，下次有機會一定再來！PS：老闆是個熱心腸，有問必答。

來參加白馬湖動漫展，定了這個民宿，離動漫場館非常近，巨方便，民宿的位置也非常安靜，環境宜人。房間裝修的簡約舒適，非常適合放鬆身心。而且民宿的主人非常友好熱情，為我們提供了很多有用的旅行建議和幫助，等石榴樹成熟了一定再來！

以説是非常驚喜的一次入住了！首先環境非常好，，房間內部設計獨特，所有小細節都考慮的很周到，有回家的感覺。房間非常隔音，床也特別舒適，我和朋友入住的幾天都睡得很好。工作人員態度也特別好。總之推薦推薦推薦！
