I really liked this hotel! I'll just say that I was looking for a place to stay with a beautiful view on a high floor, and that was a priority for me.
I often stay in Hangzhou for business, but today I wanted to show the city to my mother, who is from Russia. When we arrived very early in the morning, we were able to find a room, which was very important! It was the first time in China that the front desk spoke English🙏
The room was amazing: it was on the 57th floor, with a view of the city's skyscrapers. Everything is very well-maintained, clean, and tidy.
I had a problem with the hairdryer, and I called the reception at 11 p.m. They answered in !English! and replaced the hairdryer :)
The breakfast in the morning was delicious.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

The views were pretty good. The breakfast not so good, pretty limited and not even cold water in view. The room design was weird and there was a bug and used slippers under the bed. The WC is not so good. The minibar does not get refilled everyday and some lights/switchs were broken. Other than the views I would not recommend it. See attached picture of the views from the room.

I had an excellent experience: no problem checking in very late, the area is well connected to everything and, on top of that, I received a free room upgrade

Amazing service. Everybody was kind. Didnt speak a lot of english, BUT everybody was super helpful and kind. Location is amazing! Views are excelent!
