cp30定這家距離比較近，但非常差的入住體驗，提前預訂了該酒店，結果前台找不到預訂記錄，搞了半天才拿到房卡。一進房間就有一股很重的黴味，剛躺在床上休息幾分鐘，胳膊就起了紅色疹子，應該是被蟲子咬的。當天我就買了除蟎噴霧，晚上才能睡下。即便如此，身上還有大大小小被蟲咬的疙瘩。懷疑酒店的床單被套從來不晾曬，也做不到到位的清洗。而且酒店標明是維也納酒店，實則是個掛牌的小旅館。請大家不要選擇這家酒店

堂堂維也納現在爛到這種地步了，小蟑螂也就算了，那麼大的黑蟑螂就那樣水靈靈的出現在衞生間，對於沒見過這麼大的蟲子的孩子真是一萬點暴擊，到現在想起來還頭皮發麻，給前台打電話電話是空號，房間座機也打不通前台的電話，無奈穿上衣服下去説，結果前台女的皺着眉拉着臉就出來了，説給我換房間，然後衹給我一個房卡，我上去進不去房間又下去拿房卡，那服務真是差到極點，換的房間裏床頭櫃上更是有驚喜（娃娃嗝屁袋）衞生間還有千年老蛛絲，上面還掛着一衹不大不小的蜘蛛，體驗真是差到極點，奔着維也納的名號去的結果還不如一百出頭的小賓館，簡直樂色

房間很好，早餐也不錯，服務也很好。到的比較早，空房間還比較多，前台小姐姐貼心的給找了安靜的房間，睡的很好。酒店周圍美食比較多，人均幾十塊就能吃的很好，附上一些美食照片

這家真的不錯，前一天住的別家酒店環境太一言難盡，緊急又找到了這家，環境和服務都很棒！出門右拐就是地鐵口，出門左拐就是好幾條吃飯的地方和商場。注意去機場的話白天坐地鐵非常方便，如果是夜裡地鐵停運期間打車會比較繞一些。

真不知道維也納的服務什麼時候變得比賓館還差了，從進門到辦理入住前台一直都是坐着，全程沒聽到使用一句禮貌用語，到房間後發現馬桶是不乾淨的也忍了，最不可思議的是竟然把客人訊息泄露給他人！客人住哪個房間直接告訴別人！想問一下前台工作人員是怎麼判定來訪人是好是壞？客人要是出什麼問題酒店能擔當得起嗎？絲毫沒有職業道德！早上退房跟前台反應這個事竟然一句道歉的話都沒有！説什麼應該不可能泄露客人訊息！人家都敲我房門了你説不可能～作為服務行業，真不知道這個酒店是怎麼培訓工作人員的！服務態度極差！體驗感極差！
