Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and the location is good. There are a lot of restaurants and shops right across the street.

I had a high expectation of the hotel but it wasn’t that good. The hotel service was terrible and I won’t go there anymore. Nobody speaks English and front desk staff is not helpful at all. Also breakfast was not good, they had some Chinese style breakfast and not the western style. Overall very disappointed.

The hotel is a good value for money. The standard double room is just big enough, while the entrance hall is already the bathroom with separate toilet and shower adjacent to it. I stayed 5 nights and the bed linen was not changed. However, I don't mind. I wouldn't do this at home as well during 5 nights.
The appearance of the floor levels was much better than the appearance of the lobby which could use an update.
The breakfast room was basic but the offer itself was good.
In the mornings you have to be patient when waiting for the lift. It may take up to 10 minutes before it arrives.
Location is just next to the Star Avenue Shopping Center.
The river is in walking distance (5 minutes).

The gym room is nice and big. Dumbell size are decent. But the machine is a bit too old

The hotel staff was very friendly! My daughter was given a toy, she was delighted! The room is spacious, the breakfasts are delicious. There is a pedestrian street and a Wumart supermarket near the hotel.

Clean and nicely decorated.
Smart room, so lights and curtains can be voice controlled. Toilet seat has electric seat warmer which is great for winter.
Complimentary plate of fruits was placed on the table, and a cake and donut in my fridge.
