旁邊房間大半夜在牆上砸了兩次我也砸過去，前台説他在一樓都能聽見，問離得最近住的人砸了沒有説他在睡覺，前台一樓都能聽見砸牆聲音難道離更近的人就聽不見還能安心睡着？

這個地方以前住了很多次沒有出現服務問題，這次去的前台態度很差，一句禮貌用語都沒有，過後還會大聲議論住客，就那個胖一點的女的，噁心死。

該酒店位置還算可以因為靠近地鐵站，三十來塊錢床位費確實也不貴，但是缺點太多了：首先是房間裏住了幾個建築工人，他們在房間裏隨便吸煙污染空氣；其次是房間裏臟亂差，連床品都有一股不好的味道；再一個是枕頭極差極軟，影響睡覺；最後是旅館靠近馬路導致整晚上車輛噪音很大挺折磨人的。 總體上不建議一般人士尤其是青年人入住該酒店。

環境真的***差了，雖然地理位置很好，酒店店員很好，這麼好的地理位置為什麼不能花個3、4萬裝修一下？連個窗户都沒有，房間裏面有一股一樣的臭味，還很悶，住着人委屈死了，價格也不見便宜，要不是大杭州太美，真想狠狠舉報你家！

衞生比較差。掀開被子裏面有個蟲，單間比較小，隔音不好，要求不高的人可以入住了。價格在杭州比較實惠，離東站走路半個小時左右路程

前台小姑娘服務態度不行，我在攜程上的權益2點退房她直接就説沒有，酒店從來沒有延遲退房，我無語，溝通了半天浪費口舌，最後還是平台跟他們溝通才有權益，房間浴巾都沒有，吹風機壞的，整一個大無語！
