Overall stay was good. The cleaning ladies were friendly and overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. There are no lifts in the hotel so we had to carry our luggages up the flight of stairs on our own - not the most convenient in this aspect if you are travelling with elderly or young kids. Location was good - walking distance to West Lake and there's a whole stretch of eateries and a convenience store just beside the hotel.

Very helpful staff. I had difficulty with Alipay for taxi fare. But male staff really stepped up to help. I left my jacket behind but they kept it for me 😀.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Hangzhou called Home Inn. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend it to others.

Place offered exactly what you will expect in that price range. Is clean, have a parking lot and nice staff. There’s no fancy wives buts is located few min from the west lake,

The hotel is only ten minutes away from the Broken Bridge of West Lake. It is nice to take a walk there after dinner. The waiters are friendly and there are too many restaurants around the hotel with good prices. It's just that the hotel facilities are a bit old and there is no elevator, which is a bit inconvenient. Breakfast has to be eaten in the basement!

This stay was beyond my expectations. The hotel is in a very advantageous location. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the West Lake attraction "Broken Bridge and Residual Snow", which is a good choice for evening and morning walks. The hotel has complete facilities and a good sanitary environment, especially the dehumidifier in the hotel room, which is really great for me as a northerner.
