A family booked 5 standard rooms for the Spring Festival trip. They first bought a 599 reservation voucher and then called to book a lake view superior standard room during the Spring Festival. After arriving, they were arranged in Building B. The floor and room carpets were very dirty. The room and bathroom facilities were very old. It is estimated that the facilities 20 years ago have not been renovated, and there is a musty smell. But I wanted to book it myself, so I didn't find the hotel to argue. I really thought that it would be so severely aged from 2021 to now. But when I asked the waiter by chance, I learned that only the deluxe king-size bed room and executive room in Building A were newly renovated in 2021. The other buildings B and C were old facilities that had not been changed decades ago. The price difference was dozens of yuan, and the difference in breakfast was less than 200. Ctrip's control is not in place. The information should indicate which building and which room was renovated in which year, which even misled this consumption. I wrote this in the hope that friends who choose this hotel for travel in the future will not be misled again. Confirm with the hotel in advance which building is A, B, or C? If it is a room in Building A, the conditions are still good. Buildings B and C are really not recommended. The environment outside the hotel is good by the lake, and the lakeside trails are also connected, so you can walk around, but the price is a few hundred yuan more expensive than that in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou. We transferred from Xiaoshan to Lin'an for vacation. The landscape and environment of Qingshan Lake are far worse than those of Xianghu Lake in Xiaoshan. The cost performance is not high.
