Stayed in holiday inn all over the world but this was not a good experience
Wish I booked somewhere else
Arrived very late 11pm so couldn’t be bothered to move to another hotel
Very dated place
Not very clean
Shower areas need proper scrub lots of mildew and marks
Bedding was torn and room hygiene was unclean
It’s ok for the price but not your normal holiday inn quality
I gave feedback at the front office and was told the hotel is old.
Would definite not stay there again

I had a fantastic experience staying at Holiday Inn Xiaoshan Zhong An during my trip to Hangzhou! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
A special shoutout to Mr. Ma at the reception—his warm welcome, professionalism, and helpful attitude made all the difference. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in. His friendly service truly stood out!
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The rooms were spacious, the beds super cozy, and the amenities well-maintained. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore Hangzhou.
Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for those who appreciate excellent service! Thank you, Mr. Ma, and the team, for a wonderful stay!

Jessie and Bella are very very friendly. They assisted me alot on my checking out and they are always on the smile. Very hard to see such a wonderful staff nowadays. To the management, please send my regards to them and ensure they receive the good compliment

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the room was spacious and beautiful. The shops close by were mostly closed. The food in the hotel was amazing.

Reception staff
Below average. Very cold staff. Extremely slow check-in. We were the only people there and it took 10 minutes. The receptionist didn't know what a residency permit is and he couldn't find our reservation on the computer. He said he'll upgrade us and then he downgraded us and put us into a corner room with almost no daylight. After we complained that we booked a room with a bathtub another receptionist offered us a new room, saying it's not renovated but we went to see it anyway and took it immediately as it was way bigger and better than the original room. When my husband went to get a new room key the original receptionist complained that we were only staying for 1 night, even though he checked us in for 4 nights.

Very big and open all day.

Below average. Not many choices. When the food runs out it's not replaced. You have to ask for each item separately. It's the same with cups and plates. The tables are not cleaned after the people leave. Not worth it.

Very nice. The hotel us relatively clean considering his old it is.

We already use this hotel to spend the last evening before departure to next location. A wie nice shops and restaurants in the surrounding. Sometimes if you’re lucky you’ll get an upgrade.
