Great Location and Clean, But Disappointing Front Desk Experience
We stayed at the EBO Hotel in Hangzhou and appreciated its central location, modern amenities, and overall cleanliness. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, making it convenient for exploring the city.
However, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. A delivery of souvenir cookies was left unattended in the middle of the lobby walkway. When we asked the staff why it was placed there instead of being securely held, they feigned ignorance rather than offering assistance.
Additionally, the laundry room lacked clear instructions. After running a drying cycle for an hour on what seemed to be the highest heat setting, our clothes remained wet so I put it on another cycle. It was late (around 2am), so I approached a staff member, 南风, to ask if she could help transfer our laundry to a bag or basket in case others needed to use the dryer once our laundry was done. Her curt response was, “I have things to do,” which felt unprofessional and unhelpful.
The hotel itself is pleasant, but the guest experience would be greatly improved if the front desk staff were more proactive, attentive, and customer-oriented.

位置佳、设施新,但前台服务态度令人失望
我们入住杭州的EBO酒店,地理位置非常便利,酒店整体干净整洁,设施也很现代,房间舒适,是探索城市的不错选择。
不过,前台的服务体验却令人失望。
一份我预先寄到酒店的伴手礼饼干,被随意放在大厅过道中间,来来往往的客人都可能踩到。我们询问前台为何不妥善保管,对方却一脸茫然,表现出毫不关心的态度。
此外,酒店的自助烘干机没有明确的操作说明。我们凭直觉选择了最高温模式运行一个小时,衣物依旧湿透所以需要第二轮的烘干。当时已是凌晨2点,我向一位值班人员南风询问,是否可以在烘干完成后,协助将衣物移到篮子或袋子里以便其他客人使用。她却冷淡地回了一句:“我有自己的事做。”完全没有表现出基本的服务意识。
整体来说,酒店硬件不错,但如果前台人员能更加主动、细心和有服务精神,住客体验将会大大提升。
