老牌四星級酒店 ，房間中規中距，還挺大的房間。房間設備齊全老派還算乾淨，住了幾晚，除了朝馬路有點聲音，其他住得還可以安心舒服！
前台服務很好，熱心負責！我可能有丟了東西，要幫忙找尋。前台加了微信，抓取監控視頻發了給我。後來東西也順利找到了，感謝[合十]，其他有小要求，前台也都能解決答應，處理問題槓槓滴。
酒店位置西湖 地鐵站很近，周邊美食很多，住上個幾天出去散散步或者窩在房間裏面都是不錯的選擇！

會向朋友推薦西湖旅遊住馬可波羅假日酒店，理由如下：
1.地理位置優越。出酒店門右轉順馬路走5分鐘就到了大型購物娛樂商圈，從奢侈品到二次元，應有盡有，還有各種美食，繁華熱鬧時尚，地鐵站也在這，到機場、火車站都很方便。再走5分鐘，就到西湖邊的音樂噴泉了，環湖觀光車起點站也在這，70分鐘帶你深度遊湖一圈，車上有講解，懶人遊西湖的福音。
2.家庭房間格局好，安靜，乾淨衞生，沒有異味，配有杯子消毒櫃，衞生間非常潔凈，可以看出酒店管理很專業。樓道很乾凈，雖然是老酒店，但並沒有破舊的感覺，反而有種古典高貴風格。我們很喜歡。
3.早餐中西結合，品種和品質都滿意，有杭州特色，還可以現打果蔬汁，很用心。
4.服務打分5+，早上7點就到酒店了，每位酒店工作人員都熱情打招呼，本以為太早不給辦理入住，打算先將行李存前台，回來再辦，前台馬上快速辦理了入住手續，讓我們安頓好，安心出去玩。酒店的工作人員很專業。謝謝你們！

之前住過離自己很方便的老牌酒店！幫女兒和同學預訂的時候首先想到了他家！一如既往的給了升級房型！現在新開的酒店是沒有那時老牌的品質的！地板等細節都可以看到曾經的輝煌！很復古的感覺！服務也不錯！儘量不要自駕過來！這邊寸土寸金門口可以停車但是要收費的！杭州總是不會讓我們失望的城市！西湖的打撈工作人員夜裡十一點半了還在幫遊客打撈手機，聽女兒説後來這個打撈設備沒找到，工作人員脱了衣服下去打撈的！真心為西湖管理部門點贊👍同樣的事情前一天女兒去新市古鎮也是手機喝茶的時候掉河裡了，景區電話都打不通的，當時還不到17:00！周邊的土著竟然給女兒要1000塊説幫忙打撈，並且一直嚇唬孩子説什麼水流急再不撈就沖走了之類的……女兒和同學被逼急了（手機蘋果17因為剛買的女兒可能也過意不去畢竟剛一個月不到之前蘋果上海摔壞了剛買的）竟然姨媽在身自己下河去撈了！他爸爸趕到準備去撈孩子已經自己撈上來！對比杭州這一幕真的對女兒新市之旅是莫大的諷刺！

因為以前住過，印象不錯，再次選擇。這次很失望。服務太差。第一日沒有服務員打掃衞生，快中午了，問前台，説會來的。出門碰上服務員，讓她收拾下衞生間，她問，用擦嗎？第二日，出門時，又問，你屋裡需要弄什麼？自己的工作不知道應該做什麼嗎？花灑水小，體重計無電。房間隔音不好。

環境：距西湖約十分鐘步行距離，周圍有很多商場和美食，乘坐地鐵、公交都很方便。
設施： 外觀有些陳舊，但酒店內部設施保養的很好。房間整潔、漂亮、舒適，而且還有各式枕頭可供選擇。十八樓露天天台可以看見西湖全景。
服務： 前台和餐廳的服務人員熱情、周到、親切。 入住時給升等到豪華商務大床房。早餐中、西式各種餐點豐富、美味。

Merchant Marco is full of historical elements. Top-notch service with attentive care to minute details for the guests. Love the breakfast spread. Would definitely stay here again. The roof level gives excellent view of West Lake.
