Staff were helpful to help us check in close to mid night due to flight delay. They even upgrade us to a bigger family suite. The room was very clean and the air con temperature was comfortable. Breakfast selection was good with Chinese and western food. We visited their viewing terrace at level 18 and got a fantastic view of the city and West Lake. Would stay there if we visit Hangzhou again.

It is about 10 min walk from mrt and is within walking distance to the west lake (about 20 min walk). Clean hotel that is well maintained. Near to the major shopping area and have lots of options for food.

Very good amenities and service. Plus it's excellent location, it has made for a perfect stay. Love the bidet, the friendly housekeeper, the rooftop deck, the bed is so comfortable, and they provide luggage storage too - so that you can leave your bags to explore the city before you leave for the airport - and the general vibe of the hotel! They seem to really love Marco polo which is so cute 🥰 The air conditioning is adjustable too, so you can have your room warm-ish or cold. Thank you so much for such a great stay!

Excellent place to stay. I liked the concept and the information shared to tour the city. Room was super clean and my view was great. Note: to connect to the room WiFi you need a Chinese phone number, there's an open WiFi that works in the lobby, and I didn't ask if there is another way to connect.
