Fantastic location, great breakfast, awesome lake view, and excellent service. My wife and I were looking forward to using the pool, but unfortunately it's only open in the summer (closed from the 5th of September, always good to check the fine print). In fact, after mentioning this to Trip and the hotel management, we managed to get a fair compensation. That was very thoughtful. I'd highly recommend this hotel and will likely come back again.

The hotel is conveniently located with nearby eatery shops and etc. Overall is clean and pleasant. Hotel staff are friendly. However, it is a bit noisy during night time whereby you can visibly hear the noise of the traffic outside the hotel. Maybe the hotel management can consider to improve the sound proof condition.

10-15mins walked from the Metro station. Not ideal if it was a rainy days. About 30mins drive from the Hangzhou East Station.
Receptional counter was friendly and helpful. They quickly changed a new room without smoking smell.
The room was spacious and comfortable for a solo traveller. Hot water supply was excellent. Sound proof needed to upgrade,
