I often go to Hangzhou and always stay at this hotel. However, I found that the hair dryer was different in the last two visits. It used to be a small smart hair dryer from Lefen, but now it has become a big and bulky hair dryer. You have to hold down the button to blow the hair. The button is recessed, which is not very user-friendly for people with long nails and weak hands. The tendon of my thumb hurts a lot when I blow my hair. I called to give feedback, and the front desk said that it is being adjusted recently... The first time, the front desk arranged for someone to replace it with the small smart one from Lefen. The second time, I didn't know what brand it was (Figure 3). It made a loud noise and there was no wind... I asked her to find me the same one from Lefen, but she said it was not possible...
