The single room is so cozy and had everything I needed. The location is great, with metro access and there are big malls and many eateries nearby so you can easily get everything you need within walking distance!

Let's talk about the advantages first. The hotel is in a good location. It's only a few minutes' walk from the subway station. It's very close to the West Lake and you can walk there. On the way to the West Lake is the Wulin Night Market. The room is not very new, but the facilities are well maintained. The odd-numbered rooms face the residential buildings behind and are very quiet, while the even-numbered rooms face the highway. There is a Wufangzhai restaurant downstairs, which is suitable for breakfast.
Let's talk about the disadvantages. The sound insulation is indeed very poor, but it's not that the walls are poorly soundproofed, but the room doors are not soundproofed. If there is any movement in the corridor or the voice is louder in the corridor, it can be heard clearly. The air outlet of the air conditioner is a bit broken, and some bath towels have holes, so they should be replaced. The paper towels in the toilet are also relatively hard, it's better to change to softer ones.
