酒店在九溪景區內，整體環境不錯。房間較大也很乾凈，空調熱水等也無可挑剔。就是房間衞生間非常小，估計就一個多平方，很壓抑。房間內就一把椅子，不能滿足房間內閑坐休息的需求。户外雖有兩把户外的椅子，但是大熱天估計沒人會坐在外面。房間也沒有配備mini bar的小冰箱，雖然預留了地方。早餐和下午茶略顯簡單。整體給人的感覺硬件還算可以，但是如果想用心經營，細節方便可以提高的地方蠻多的。

Amazing place. The location is unique in the middle of a natural reserve. It’s relatively easy to get a taxi/Didi. The walk to the bus station and the main road is lovely. The room was well equipped, comparable to a premium hotel with modern amenities. The staff was helpful and attentive. Overall, highly recommended.

抱着滿心期待入住九溪十八澗景區內的這家民宿，確實地理位置得天獨厚，步行就能抵達溯溪徒步點，清晨伴着鳥鳴出發，傍晚踏着溪水歸來，自然愛好者很難不心動！工作人員從前台到保潔都禮貌又熱情，溝通時的貼心問候，讓人初來就感受到滿滿的暖意。
不過入住後也發現了不少需要改進的地方，想和大家分享真實體驗。
隔音問題尤為突出，晚上隔壁的動靜幾乎“無縫傳遞”，開關門聲、説話聲，小朋友的哭鬧都聽得清清楚楚，淺眠的朋友會很受困擾。介紹配備冰箱的房型，實際入住竟然沒有冰箱，40度高温天想喝口冰飲都成了奢望。宣傳中的泳池本該是消暑亮點，可一池靜置一週未循環處理的水，漂浮着落葉雜物，實在讓人望而卻步。
除此之外，細節還有不少小遺憾：衞生間馬桶位設計過窄，起身稍不留意就容易磕碰；空調持續運轉無法自動控温，後半夜常常被凍醒；房間衹有一張床和兩把硬板凳，缺少能放鬆休憩的沙發。
雖然地理位置和服務態度很加分，但綜合硬件設施與1088元/晚的價格，這次入住體驗確實與預期有差距，更適合對住宿條件要求不高，更看重户外體驗的朋友。
