The hotel is very close to the zoo, the downstairs is very convenient for the whole family, and the price is not expensive. The only uncomfortable thing about this experience is the family we booked

還可以，經濟酒店的服務，國慶期間能夠訂到家庭房，已經感覺很不錯了，這個價格在杭州市區應該是訂不到的，離動物園很近，適合帶孩子來，就是沙發上有個洞，感覺有點彆扭，好在推窗就看到山景，也算瑕不掩瑜了

服務員們很熱情、很細心，各種疑問和要求都回應迅速。停車很方便，全部免費。訂的家庭房，房間很舒適，很寬敞，大人孩子都休息得很好。外賣也很方便，機器人會送到門口，周圍其他設施很便利。

酒店的前台服務人員糊裡糊塗的……十點多打電話過來説身份訊息登記錯了，把別人的登記到我們地方了，我們都睡著了被電話吵醒，還説可以贈送小禮物，我是差你一點小禮物嗎
早上退房後，登記車牌後，説十五分鐘內開出去就可以，結果開不出去，前台服務人員還沒幫我們登記
房間裏空調不熱，電視遙控壞掉的。房間裏插座很少

都滿意，就是一點不好，讓我充華住會員送早餐説有50元券第二天能抵訂房費用一個月內有效，我註冊會員後訂第二天房根本用不了券而且也沒有50元優惠券。第二住的地方電視我充了二天會員看電視後想起衹住一天打華住客服解決，客服讓我找酒店，我找酒店酒店説他們沒法處理讓我找華住客服。雖然是我自己原因充值二天會員，打酒店處理才和我電視建議我們用投頻，當時入住並沒有直接提醒，非常不滿。😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

電梯數量少而且是和其他商户共用，有時候需要等很久，帶孩子的話會非常介意這點。
酒店大門前是大概十階台階，無便捷通道，拿行李非常麻煩。
是房間配置都是常規全季水平，但是周邊有個大工地，施工車輛很多，會吵。
