門口有曲徑通幽的感覺據説老闆是美院畢業風格設計的很好看~來時晴天走時下了雨門口還有好多傘下次來龍塢還來這邊住~

民宿地理位置非常好，設計感很強，小哥哥人也非常熱情。步行十分鐘就是光明寺水庫，站在陽台上可以俯瞰茶景，院子裏的兩棵樹也十分漂亮。

入住體驗差強人意，沒有達到預期的原因主要是，原本住兩個晚上，到了民宿服務人員一直強調讓我從網上退房然後私下在前台定一下就可以，便宜80元，但是我們兩個女生住還是想在網上定有保障，結果服務小哥就一直再給我發訊息督促網上退款，一系列的督促，後來實在無語，房間退了我們第二天也沒有住，房間隔音極差，樓上有人走路在房間的棚頂都有點顫抖，外邊有人説話屋裡聽的清清楚楚，以後一定不會再入住。

第二次回來住這家店體驗不是很喜歡。第一次來整體印象都不錯，所以這次來杭州又想再來這個可以醒來就看茶山的民宿。不過第二次再來住整體的感受並不是很好，雖然還是原來的樣子，總感覺缺了點温馨舒適的體驗，比如户外的休息區域可以打掃擺放好讓客人可以隨時使用，客房服務需要及時，比如取一次性拖鞋不要讓客人等太久。客人退房及時收拾房間衞生，而不是客人快到了才收拾。退房早聯繫不到民宿負責人，客人放了卡留訊息後方便的時間可以回覆一下確認收到房卡。整體的服務需要及時響應，這是服務業不可缺少的耐心和細心。建議店家用心經營，勿散漫。

這個景觀房，論景色還可以，唯一不好的地方就是床，泳池和沙發座都是水泥做的，並且有很大縫隙，很容易有危險，並且容易磕碰到。
民宿裝修風格千千萬，這麼糊弄和簡陋的真少見！
餐廳衞生方面，有大蟑螂還有蒼蠅，小的大的都有，蒼蠅在桌子上落下後趕都趕不走，好像吃了葯，地上還有壁虎一衹，衞生堪憂。
還有室外泳池，在攜程搜尋條件加上“室外泳池”，價格貴了至少兩三百。為了讓孩子過個有意義的生日，特意選的這家，提前2天可以取消，我為了保險特意2天前問的是否有室外泳池，説有的，我説孩子願意玩水！確定好了才來！
結果到了當天室外泳池才開始放水，整個泳池又小又破，池底有淤泥，池邊排水開關銹跡斑斑，池裡還有樹葉，有煙頭！説開始放水，我都沒去看，等我去看的時候水放到腳踝高，就告訴我放好了！？？？我説小孩帶的游泳圈來的，你告訴就這麼點水！？？？
賣家説本來這就算一個景觀池的。什麼？？？我兩個房間比周圍名宿多花了六七百，過來看你這個破爛不堪的景觀室外泳池？你不能用你提前告訴我啊，我提前打電話確認的室外泳池，結果臟亂差告訴我景觀池？我多花這麼多錢，就來看這一眼泳池景觀？？？
覺得現在民宿質量真是參差不齊，為了賺錢底線沒有，道德不顧，這和騙人來有什麼區別？？？發展這個問題是下午4點多，開始和攜程協商因為各種條件不符要求退房，店家給的是不能退，他放水了有損失了，那個小池子放那麼點水，能有幾噸，我買，那也不行，所以這家店真的很坑。我以後也落户杭州了，這家店，呵呵，我都會告訴朋友同事們及時避坑。前廳衞生情況，垃圾桶，團建人留下來的垃圾等等，自己看圖吧！
唯一就是民宿的服務態度還行，設施跟不上，説有的又沒有，發佈訊息與實際不符，價格又貴的離譜，就衹剩下服務態度了！

快逃！訂的單間，打開房門一看一間層高低窗户窄並且壓抑的小卧室，其他的房間也看了，第一反應就是根本不值這個價，平台上面上傳的照片大部分都是公共區域的，到店才被告知是衹有包整棟才可以享受，那我想説你為什麼還要寫帶廚房用具呢？還以為這裏設施齊全環境好其實真的很一般，設施陳舊，也因為訂的是到店付，看到這一切覺得不值這個價後想退房，但是被店家當麪拒絕，説是什麼本來要租給整棟的客人，但是因為我們定了單間就拒絕了整棟的，我們從訂房到店中間時間不超過兩個小時，你完全可以打電話再問問包棟的客人協商一下，但是沒有，直接拒絕我們，我們提出願意付款違約金也不行，頭一回遇到這種強買強賣的行為，我寧可花錢去別的地方也不願意住在這種憋屈的地方，我們把房卡放在了前台就走了，也怪自己來之前沒好好看評價 ，送你一個差評，也算幫大家避雷了
