房間乾淨，光腳走都沒問題。早餐量挺大的，一個人吃不了。院子很大，入住的時候會提醒説有工作人員的房間，在角落裡，我覺得還好，影響不大，不然院子太大真的會害怕。服務響應速度快，很熱情，我覺得要比法雲安曼的態度更有温度，很喜歡。

酒店在西湖景區，離花港觀魚景點挺近，還可以繞蘇堤走一圈，由於在景區裏，所以房間比較安靜，酒店有些年頭了，保持的還不錯。

酒店位置離西湖不遠，走路應該十來分鐘的路程
酒店環境私密，在其中感覺不到假期的人流
房間坐落於林間深處，綠意盎然，不好的點就是酒店內的一片樹林並非私有，遊客也可進入，這一點不如安縵

很有特色的酒店。環境清幽，房間很大，裝修中式風，很大氣。訂了2間同價位的房型，但房間格局完全不一樣，問了管家，管家説紫萱的每一間房型都不太一樣。管家服務很周到，特別是入住的時候對於房間介紹的非常詳細。晚餐是在酒店的解香樓（米其林一星、黑珍珠兩鑽）用餐的，除了貴沒毛病。酒店的早餐很豐盛，有中式、日式、西式等套餐可供選擇，周到且豐盛。我們屬於家庭親子游，紫萱的環境、美食以及周到的服務讓長輩和孩子都很滿意，因此必須大大的好評！
