我這是選擇第二次入住杭州大華飯店作為到杭州遊覽觀光的居住處了，體驗和感覺很滿意。大華飯店歷史悠久，有光彩奪目歷史文化和廣泛盛名；位於西湖湖濱位置極佳。內部環境氛圍典雅，幽香撲面。大華飯店各個崗位工作人員尤其是前台和大堂各崗位工作人員素質很高，彬彬有禮，笑容可掬。餐廳工作人員和客服服務工作人員也是素質優良。都是盡力滿足入住賓客的需求。給我們適當升級了房型，更加方便入住了。自助早餐各種食品豐富，能夠充分滿足賓客的需求。大華飯店的自有遊船還有特色，巡遊西湖一個小時並且介紹了豐富的歷史文化內容，很贊！

環湖四個酒店中，應該是段位最低的了，前台小姐姐給升級了房間，卻讓我聽了大半夜和大清早的歌唱（附近的KTV？廣場舞？亦或是招來生意的攤頭音樂？）。最不濟的是熱水不行啊，水不熱也很小。洗涑枱麪也不是太乾淨，留有水漬。總而言之，和名聲不是太配。

We LOVED this hotel so much!
Due to an earlier check out from the previous hotel, we arrived here already before 11am, and we were pleasantly surprised that not only we could already check in to our room, but we also got a free room upgrade.
They offered us a boat tour, that goes for one hour, with their private boat, which was amazing.
We also had to do our laundry, and the lovely girl at the reception said there are washing machines in the hotel where its possible to wash the clothes for free. She went with us, helped us to turn the machine on and then notified someone from the hotel to pick up the laundry for us, put it to the dryer, and after that bring to our room.
The location is amazing, english speaking super friendly staff, facilities, everything was top!
Recommend 10/10 and definitely coming back!

房間衞生打掃的很到位 酒店是我們到了臨時訂的 前台還給升級了房型 服務態也很不錯 就在西湖邊 送了遊船 還送了尊享旅拍精修3張 應該是淡季 所以比較好約 驚鴻旅拍 攝影師很耐心 選片也沒囉嗦的推銷 並沒有因為免費的而敷衍 很不錯的體驗 奈斯👍

絕佳的位置，精緻典雅的酒店。酒店前台和禮賓部的工作人員都訓練有素，熱情周到、彬彬有禮，送了環湖遊船，遊船是酒店的，從後門出去就上船。大華酒店物有所值，還會再來。
