I stayed in 3 hotels in Hangzhou and with nearly the same prices and the Starway Hotel is the best,the room is big,good view,comfy bed,pillows,and you have a big bathroom with a NORMAL door,not a door from glass with a big gaps which is giving you zero privacy like most of the hotels in Hangzhou,also you a have a washing machines with dryers,cotti coffee downstairs and a delivery robot for ordering food.The only thing they should focus more is the housekeeping.It’s a great place give it a try.

I really like the location, very close to the software park and it is walkable. The rooms are spacious and large windows to see the outside view.

Check-in during midnight hours. Great service, free upgrades, slightly late check out time, huge room with spectacular views. Breakfast was below average as it does not have much options. Either too oily or salty. Location was good. Lack of amenities as well. But for the price consider value for money.

The room is on a high floor with a very good view. The room is clean and tidy, and all items are complete. It's a nice place to live. You can overlook many beautiful views and sunrises in the morning.
