Overall it's good and clean. The public hot spring is a bit turbid due to the large number of people. The service staff will solve the problem quickly if there is any problem in the room. It's also very fast to call the shuttle bus. It's also very pleasant to watch the fireworks and soak in the hot spring

1. The hotel can only check in at 15:00, which was not notified in advance. We checked in at 12:00 as usual, but the room was not cleaned yet, and 8 people were hanging around in the hotel. It is recommended to confirm the check-in time with the reservation person in advance. 2. The breakfast restaurant is not full. It was the first time I had to queue for breakfast. I queued for 30 minutes from 9:30 to get in. Horrible. 3. The room hygiene is average. 4. There is nothing fun nearby, only hot springs. 5. For some reason, all the front desks and shuttle buses did not send us to the [catering center] but to another Chinese restaurant. It was a bit inexplicable. The hotel is relatively large and we could not walk to the catering center. Good points: 1. The shuttle bus responded quickly. 2. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food tastes good.
