Very beautiful hotel, the staff was so pleasant. It was so comfortable that workers know English, it makes me feel relaxed.

Worst experience ever. There is no cool air conditioning in hotel. Only hot air.
Hotel do not accept refund
Hotel only give us a fan and change our room. The new room doesn’t have tub. It is like a downgrade. The changed room, on that floor we can smell people smoking. From non-smoking room into smoking.
Their explanation is that the direction of the room brings wind which is cooler.
BUT for 350 rmb plus room rate, do i need to sleep with open window and use fan??? They never inform us the conditions when we check in.
This hotel have no responsibility for their customers. If they have gave refund or upgrade our room, at least i see some responsibility. But they merely offer breakfast to us.
Worst hotel experience. Worst service. Hotel with no responsibility. Never coming back.
It is like a scam.

Nice 5-star hotel with really good price. However, it’s not that close to metro station. Bus stop is just outside, can go most of attractions. Highly recommend to stay here.

Old building and rooms, super dark and seems more a motel because in the rooms you can find condoms… bad smell with the moquette. One door of the bathroom was broke. The only good thing is the breakfast very various and tasty

Very classy hotel with amazing amenities. The gym is lovey with an outdoor roof where you can do exercise. Would highly recommend.

good quality. Ettiquete. decor and staff support. rooms are maintained well despite the draft that hotel is old. however, Toileteries are not provided due to green environmental behavior adoption. but if you ask for it, the staff provides free of cost.
