Underage visitors are required to call their guardians and ask the guardians to provide their ID cards and home addresses. Even if they are over 16 years old and carry their ID cards, this is not allowed. I think it is totally unnecessary and the above actions can easily infringe upon personal privacy. I have stayed in many other Huazhuhui chain hotels and have never encountered such cumbersome procedures, which resulted in a very bad stay experience. The corridor is poorly soundproofed. The sound of washing the carpet at the door in the morning is very loud. After washing the carpet, you will slip when you walk on it, and there will be foam residue on the ground. I will not book this hotel again, and hope that the professionalism and service attitude of the staff can be improved.

I haven't seen such a tough hotel for a long time. Mineral water is 3 yuan. The hygiene is a mess. There are mold spots in the bathroom. The front desk is tough. It's a rubbish hotel. What are you doing during the lunch break?
