前台非常不專業，看我把身份證擺出來，直接一句“你幹嘛？”我心想難不成我要打劫嗎！？然後就説我來得太早。大熱天的誰不想早點鑽到酒店啊，前台還沒看是否有打掃好的房間就説我來得太早，這是歡迎客人該有的態度嗎？事實上已經有空房間了。第二，攜程這邊給了下午2點退房的權益，我核實後要求把房卡做到下午2點，不希望中午去吃個飯回來還要再去前台刷卡。前台給我説卡衹能做到12點，那我就不樂意了，到底是技術上不支持還是前台嫌麻煩。最後前台還是把卡做到了2點。第三，退房當天中午來電話問我是否續住？我説不續住，又補問：確定不續住嗎？怎麼，我要是改主意想續住了還不行？總之就是沒經過培訓吧，話術有問題，一點都不專業！

房間的隔音效果實在是太差了，隔壁掉個針都聽的一清二楚，這牆是紙板箱做的嗎？剛好倒黴又碰到隔壁通宵打牌，真是吵死了！定了個家庭房，想加個被子和枕頭也不給加。早餐種類比較簡單，屬於快捷酒店的水準。
