I absolutely do not recommend staying in this hotel! ! ! ! ! ! Not recommended from a security perspective! ! ! The entrance of the hotel looks like the whole building is hotel rooms, but in fact only floors 9 to 14 are like that. One night when I went downstairs to eat, the elevator opened on the 5th floor and a group of men and women came up. Two men were smoking cigarettes. I was so scared that I quickly changed elevators. When I came out, I saw that the 5th floor seemed to be a billiard hall or a gym. I'm not sure, but I was scared. The front desk and cleaning staff have basically no sense of service. They can't even smile and greet people politely. It's just routine mechanical work. Since they have no emotional intelligence, it's better to replace them with robots 🤖 Booked two rooms and requested no room with a footrest, but we were given a room with a footrest. The window of the room with a footrest is very small and the lighting is not as good as other rooms. We paid the same price to stay in the worst room. I don't know how the hotel front desk arranged the rooms. I have expressed strong dissatisfaction at the front desk, but the front desk did not apologize at all and did not say that they would change the room. The service attitude is very poor. It makes me feel that they are not afraid of bad reviews or Ctrip official customer service💁🏻

Disadvantages: 1. There are few breakfast varieties and the restaurant seems small; 2. The waiters make a lot of noise when collecting the plates (lack of training?); 3. The gym is too small and has too few equipments (only two). Feeling depressed. Conclusion: As a mid-range hotel chain, the management is not in place and it feels out of shape

整體入住體驗挺好的，房間乾淨衞生，智能設備使用方便，健身房洗衣機，烘乾機也配備，前台及其他服務人員態度也挺好！
