Excellent service with English-speaking staff! The team did their best to accommodate us with a truly admirable service mindset. Although the room was a bit small, it was definitely great value for the price—especially for a budget option. Totally worth it!

The location is perfect, right next to the lake and all shopping centers! Warm welcome staff speaking English and even Spanish! Very good breakfast! The only disappointment was the bird tweeting on the rooftop al day long as we were on the top floor.

The room location is ok, only about 100m to West Lake, right next to famous restaurants. However, the room is small and always smells of cigarettes. Even turning on the exhaust fan still can't improve it.

Staff in hotel are friendly although they can not speak english. The location is close to west lake and other scenery spots in Hangzhou.

Hotel located at Metro Longxiangqiao Line 1. Just go straight at the exit C. The entrance is small door in between shops leading to staircase. Or just go around the building's behind, the main entrance is at the behind.
Room is clean and comfy but the size is small and compact.
Surrounded by shopping complexes and walking distance to West Lake. Best night market is Wulin Road night market located nearby metro Fengqi road.

This hotel has a strategic location with close by metro around 700m and just in 2 minutes walk could reach the famous West Lake. Anyway still require transport if you mind walking a lot like ＞2KM to arrive at POI, such as Duan Qiao, Bai Causeway.
Just around the corner you could get Wei Zhi Guan restaurant as well as oldies Nan Fang Mi Zhong Da Bao.
