The room was clean and quite spacious, also the location is very convenient, just 20 minutes by walk for the west lake.

Convenient location, just a 10-minute walk to the metro station. The room was quiet and clean, but it was a bit hot. We had to turn off the air conditioner and sleep with the window open due to the temperature. There was a small dining area equipped with a kettle. The bed was comfortable. However, the building where the hotel is located is quite chaotic, with many hotels and businesses sharing the same space. As a result, the elevator was always crowded, and it took a long time to get in or out, which was very inconvenient.

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the entertainment system on the television as I spent some time in the room relaxing. Very good service, and the most comfortable slippers I’ve seen at a hotel. I’ll come back again!

Excellent service and location. Opposite is a great supermarket and a lot of food choices. Near to Xihu too. Only thing is double bed too small for two persons and didi does not stop outside hotel because of barrier. But will strongly recommend.

We stayed for 2 people for a city trip. The location was very good, there was a shopping mall downstairs and we did not have any problems. It was also cleaner than I expected.

Very recommended hotel. In the city centre with big room, lots of restaurants nearby, and big supermarket is nearby. Price is very reasonable. There are free washing machine and dryer including free detergent.

The hotel is located in a multi-purpose building. It means that you have to share elevator with many other different buildings, so it is very crowded sometimes and it take a while to manage to get into, depending on the time. It is close to the hospital, which is ideal for someone who is in Hangzhou for this purpose, but for other purposes it is not an advantage: it is too crowded, too many people and cars.
It is relatively well positioned for public transport, since the closest metro stays around 500 to 600 meters from the hotel, which is ok.
The room has everything you need for a short stay, no complaints at all about this. The cleaning service is good.
Reception did not speak english, but we managed to communicate using translation apps.
Breakfast is very good, lot of options.
