The room is not soundproof. I booked it on Ctrip, which included breakfast. However, when I arrived at Hanting Youjia Hotel (Hanjiang Road Subway Station, Hangzhou), the front desk clerk said that their hotel did not recognize the complimentary breakfast listed on Ctrip, and asked me to pay another 50 yuan membership fee to have breakfast. Is this fraud? There are few types of breakfast, and only oranges and cucumbers are fruits. Will not stay in this hotel again.
