服務：沒有服務可言，晚上到了沒有禮賓部，到房間要坐接駁車，服務人員之間溝通非常混亂，讓在寒風中等了半天。酒店的活動比較少，沒有主動介紹，預約以後，活動方那邊電話態度非常不好。送的spa券做了個頭部按摩，已經不想提，但是是免費的，不多説了。
設施：酒店公區很漂亮，酒店內裝修設施一般吧。
衞生：打掃衞生打掃的不是很乾凈。馬桶發黃，枕頭上有短髮。

非常滿意的一次居住體驗。
服務：辦理入住的前台有水果飲料隨時可以拿，工作人員服務細心周到。辦理入住之後有接駁車送到房間
環境：莊園內部植被種類繁多，秋天非常美🍂，早晨空氣清新舒暢宜人
餐飲：全日餐廳的早餐雖然種類不多，但都是現做的，麪食、湯圓、糯米飯都有單獨的窗口，莊園內還有米其林的水漾，時間原因沒有去就餐
房間：工作人員幫升級了房間，增加了一個露台一個客廳，入户動線設計很人性化，大好評
整體的環境和服務都非常舒適，離店前就在計劃下次什麼時候再來了，雖然有拍照的人有點多，但還是非常值得💗

非常完美的城市親子度假！
我們兩家人，四大兩小入住的湘湖二居別墅簡直再合適不過。一樓客廳，二樓卧室，配置十分齊全。
慢慢細雨下的湘湖，仙氣縹緲。酒店很安靜，景色優美，從別墅到大堂的這條小路步步皆是美景，金桂飄香～感謝我們的管家小姚和小羅提供的幫助，很貼心的提前聯繫，為我們安排了床圍服務，還有細心解答各種問題。
大人和孩子都度過了十分愉快的週末。
