Everything else besides the location is very good. The hotel is located next to a very busy road of the lake so it takes a long time to get a taxi and there is a lot of traffic around the hotel. The hotel is also surrounded by some busy restaurants and roads so there is a lot of noise from people or cars outside. However, besides the location, service is amazing. The staff are super friendly, polite and there are a lot of free gifts provided by this hotel. It is a true experience.

The aesthetic of the hotel is spot on. I love all the furniture choices of the hotel. The breakfast was superb and it was not even expensive. I would highly recommend their breakfast. The staff are also very friendly and thoughtful.
The down side about the hotel was that it was a little warm and we were unable to turn on the AC since we visited in November. There were also some mosquitoes in the room due to the room temperature being a little on the warmer side.
Noise level was OK, it did get a little noisy during one night, which was kind of expected since there are only 3 stories so we could pretty much hear all the noises from anyone walking past the property. Maybe it will be better to not stay on the side close to the streets.
I would not recommend the balcony room since it’s really close to your neighbor and there isn’t much to see.
There’s also no hotel facilities, which I didn’t mind but just fyi for anyone who is looking for a gym etc.

The hotel is beautiful and the service is great.
I just can't get used to the breakfast. It's in Hangzhou but many dishes are spicy, especially spicy. It's not suitable for eating in the morning. Dinner ends very early, so I can't eat it if I want to.
