The room is clean but facilities seem a bit old, can not adjust the cold water button and the water dripping sound on the roof over the bed so quite disturb the sleeping. However, the staff is friendly and helpful, the cloth washing is included in the booking so very convenient.

Location was super convenient as it was a short walk to surrounding tourist destinations and food places but was still secluded and not in a hectic/crowded part of the west lake.

Parent-child room was very spacious and breakfast buffet was very good and lots of variety. Location at West Lake is very good as well and close to major sites. Hotel staff and service was excellent

The hotel’s location is near Westlake, about 10-15 minutes walking so it’s convenient for walking/ cycling around the lake. It’s far from metro so normally I cycle, take bus or Didi. It’s central so it’s easy to get around. The staffs at the hotel are super helpful, they walk me to a nice restaurant nearby as I don’t know the shortcut. There is free porridge, noodle at night. There are free laundry and dryer as well. The downside is the view, my room faces a wall.

Located only a few hundred meters from to West Lake and at the foot of the Baoshi Mountain area, right at the end of the access road and across from the archive of the first PRC constitution (worth a visit). Nice enough rooms, just slightly out of nick, rather small bathroom, ok breakfast buffet with smallish seating area, but no problem sitting at somebody else's table. A bit chaotic, "had not received" our booking on trip (which they acknowledged without hesitation) and our room had "therefore" not been made up (at 8 p.m.!). Other than that, our stay was enjoyable enough.

Location is great. It is close to west lake and also very close to the famous show.

This is a nice boutique hotel in a very beautiful area. Room is a bit dark but nice and clean with a good bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel service exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed with a beautiful surprise birthday cake in our room after a tiring day outdoors. Their kind gesture really touched our hearts deeply as there was also a handwritten note by their staff who wrote very warm wishes and sweet words to us. Our room was cleaned everyday and the fridge refilled with drinks for us daily by the nice housekeepers. The restaurant and front desk and lobby staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Love the location lots as it is at the foot of a serene hill and away from the main road yet within walking distance to the lake. The room amenities provided were definitely of good quality. We stayed on the 2nd floor and sometimes there would be people walking outdoors but the noise and lack of privacy was easily overcome by closing our windows and curtains. The restaurant has limited space but we enjoyed sharing a table and chatting with other guests during breakfast. There were many convenience stores along the main road too.
The only downside staying here was that most taxi or car hire drivers wanted to drop us off outside Qixialing Road which is very narrow so we had to keep assuring the drivers that there was ample space to turn their vehicles around at the hotel entrance
