The room next to the room was too noisy and the windows were not soundproof. When I went to have breakfast, I gave her 2 breakfast coupons and looked at the aunt's face (meaning she ate too much). This was the first time I encountered this kind of thing. The location was not accurate. When taking a taxi, I could only navigate to the nearby Hanting Hotel, which was difficult to find at night.

The room is clean and bright, the toilet is smart and convenient, the service is meticulous and considerate. After staying in so many hotels, this is the only one that provides slippers and toiletries for the baby. My daughter is so happy. I will live here when I come to Hangzhou in the future! And it is very close to the subway station! There is a subway just outside the door, which is very convenient to go to the city center. The best thing is that you can eat breakfast until 11 o'clock! When you go out to play, you have to sleep in, and you can eat lunch and breakfast when you wake up. It's great! The laundry room is also very convenient to use. Children change clothes a lot when they go out, so there must be a washing machine. Very clean. Recommended!

We booked a river view room, and the front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The two windows have a direct view of the river, the scenery is very good and very quiet. The deluxe king room I stayed in completely exceeded my expectations: the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city skyline, and I am gently awakened by the morning sun every morning; the bathroom has a reasonable design of dry and wet separation. Another feature is that the hotel is only 5 kilometers away from Songcheng, which is really convenient for those who want to go to Songcheng. You don't have to worry about playing late. When checking out, I met Manager Chen Xiaolong again. He was still as enthusiastic as when I checked in, and greeted us with a bright smile. Very satisfied. The store is conveniently located, and there are many breakfast shops downstairs with many choices. The only thing is that the lobby is a little small and there is no leisure bar area. The accommodation environment is good!

The room is much bigger than expected, loft, upper and lower floors, it looks very comfortable, and it feels very good. There is also a refrigerator, which is also very good. You can put some drinks in summer, and the room is clean and tidy, without any peculiar smell. It is very convenient to put a computer on a desk for office work. The downstairs is the Binjiang Paradise Street. It is very convenient for eating and the subway. It must be booked next time you are on a business trip.

Not worth the money. We were informed at the last minute that air conditioner won't be working past 8pm. Too late and too expensive to book another hotel. They only provided fans. Claims it's a 4 star hotel but don't have mini bar and refrigerator in room. Had to go down to buy cold drinks from shop each time. Room size is so-so. No English speaking staff for foreigners. Otherwise the staff was polite and hotel is clean and newly decorated.
