The only drawback is the access to the building itself. Since the hotel doesn’t occupy the entire structure, getting in and out can be a slight inconvenience. Guests may need to wait for the building concierge or other tenants to open the doors, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, Paton View Hotel delivers in terms of comfort, cleanliness, service, and location. If the entry and exit situation could be improved, it would be a near-perfect choice for travelers looking for quality accommodations in the area.

The hotel was located within walking distance from the concert I attended. When my friend and I arrived at the hotel, reception was full and many people were checking in at the same time. We were told our room wasn’t ready despite a late check in. We waited a few minutes. Breakfast was good and one of the staff members at the coffee machine was very helpful by offering to get my coffee ready while I dished up food. Overall, a nice stay.

Great short stay Room are just okay, come with fruit platter when arrival in room. Breakfast decent, chinese and western cuisine. Do check out their scallion pancake. Reception are friendly Overall stay are great with the price.

The hotel is very grand and clean. Even the buffet tableware is neatly arranged. The taste is unique, the service attitude is very good, and the night view at night is really beautiful!

Arrived at the hotel at around 8:00. The service was very good. They helped upgrade me to a zero-pressure king-size bed room. The room was very large. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The smart toilet and the quality of the toiletries were also good. The breakfast was a set meal contracted from outside. 20 yuan was not bad. The waiter was very friendly. Check-out could be later. Recommended for business trips

The window is big, and the scenery and night view are very good. The room is clean and tidy, and has all the necessary facilities. There are security guards in and out of the hotel, and it feels very safe. The location is very good, and there are many food nearby.

Very good view of the city. Room was super spacious, with very comfy beds. Room also came with a bathtub. Service was super good. Room cleaner was attentive to our needs and provided what we needed. Hotel buffet was good for its price. Downside would be the location of the hotel. As it is above a mall, our driver had a hard time finding the entrance. Eventually dropping us off in the basement which was not even connected. The mall was however very convenient for shopping.

Big rooms and full of modernity and confort (some rooms have a proper desk, a couch, walkable closet, both a shower and bathtub). Breakfast has big variety and is tasty. I could not use the gym due to some reconstruction. View on the river also worthy. It is a good place for both business and pleasure

This hotel was amazing. Location is close to west lake shopping district. We only stayed here for a night but cannot stop playing with the AI facilities in the room! Voice control is available to turn on the lights, tv and adjust curtains. If you order food, the robot will send it up to you. Hotel cleanliness is 5/5. New facilities, highly recommended! We took a cab all around and this hotel has a designated stopping point for cars so you can move your luggage up and down at ease!

The room is very good, on the 21st floor, with a nice view. I chose this place for a business trip, and it is within walking distance of the client's company. I may come again next week! The service of the front desk brother Xiao Fang is very enthusiastic. Are all hotel front desks so hospitable? 😄
