Romantic Hotels in Hangzhou

We received warm welcome. Overall excellent service from hotel staff to the restaurants. We had a happy and enjoyable stay at the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree. Highly recommend this place. After staying at the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree for 3 nights, we went on to stay at the Shanghai on the bund Bayan Tree. We experienced a stark contrast in service from the front desk staff from the bund Banyan Tree. We wondered why they kept stopping us from getting into the room that we have booked for. In the end, we went through changing 3 rooms before they finally gave us the correct facing room. So, beware of the Shanghai on the Bund Banyan Tree and do not believe in the free upgrade or upsize room. We rejected the first corner room only to be given another corner room at the other end that were both warm and uncomfortable. The staff kept assuring us that they were bigger rooms and better view than the Panorama Riverside Retreat-King room that we have booked for but we want the room that we have booked. Why can't they give us the right room in the first place and have to made us go through changing from one room to another. A clear dishonest play here. We missed the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree front desk staff.

We had a wonderful experience spending time in Hangzhou, especially at this hotel. We rented a car, so the location didn't matter to us, but it was a 20-minute drive to West Lake. Next to the hotel, there's a Starbucks and a Domino's Pizza, which made our first night of stay pretty great. The breakfast had enough options to choose from, and the food was quite fresh. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice, and they answered our questions very patiently.

There were a lot of people everywhere during the May Day holiday, but the hotel's service did not feel affected. I felt at home. I arrived early at noon, but I checked in soon. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially the housekeeper Crayton, who contacted in advance to understand the needs and introduced the hotel's situation and surrounding travel guide after check-in. The room has a good view, right in the scenic area. When taking a cruise in the scenic area, you can see the hotel complex from a distance in the waterway. The dining is also good. A seat was reserved in advance for dinner. Several dishes were appetizing. Desserts were also delivered after the meal. The breakfast variety was a little less, but the taste was good. There was no need to queue up for breakfast at 9:30 in the morning on holidays, which was very unexpected. The hotel is a good choice for vacation overall.

This stay at Yunzhongjing Hotel was an unforgettable experience! Both the hotel environment and service quality are perfect, and the details are full of care. The hotel is located in the Yunqi Bamboo Path Scenic Area. The quiet forest makes people feel like they are in a natural oxygen bar. The design cleverly combines nature and aesthetics. The white-walled and black-tiled buildings are integrated with the mountains and forests. Every step and every scene is poetic. Every shot is a blockbuster, and even the air is filled with the fragrance of plants and trees. The staff's ”warm service” throughout the whole process makes people feel like spring breeze. The day before check-in, Xiao Liu, the housekeeper, took the initiative to contact us, asked about the needs in advance, and informed us of the route. After check-in, he always paid attention to our needs and met them one by one, as caring as a friend. The other staff were also warm and thoughtful, with a friendly smile. The hotel also provides free afternoon tea and goodnight soup, which taste great. The travel photos made friends who don't like taking pictures surprised and regretted not preparing well. The 24-hour battery car also allows us to come and go freely. This trip to Hangzhou was a great experience for us. Yunzhongjing contributed greatly to our good food, drinks and fun. The place is just amazing. When we first came to the room we didn’t want to go anywhere else. Wonderful view, delicious breakfast, stylish interior. If you have any questions manager will help you in English. There’re also lots of unexpected surprises like projector in your room or British beer at the reception. Also manager of the hotel made her own Hangzhou guide(it’s online and free). There’re the most beautiful places in Hangzhou and surrounding. Location of hotel is quite good. Especially if you’re fan of nature. I’m really happy we’ve stayed in this hotel. Highly recommended.

The room is spacious, well-equipped, with many thoughtful preparations, such as alcohol tablets, mini speakers, nail clippers, disposable towels, etc. The garden is beautiful, I envy them. The service is considerate and thoughtful, and they enthusiastically recommended restaurants to me. The thoughtful travel bag came in handy, and the butler service was also good. The mini bar had my favorite Wangzai milk, so there was no shortage of food or drink, and there was plenty of fruit! In the evening, I experienced making tea around the stove. It turned out that there was a stove under the table. It was so fun. I will definitely come again next time. The breakfast was freshly made and tasted very good. I ate in the restaurant. The service was good. It rained heavily the next day and I had to go to the airport. They helped coordinate and prepared hot tea and fruits. They also gave me souvenirs as souvenirs and kept giving them away. It was really touching.

The service is meticulous and thoughtful, the environment is elegant and quiet, the room is spacious and bright with complete facilities, the bedding is soft, and the sound insulation is excellent to ensure a good sleep. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the subway station, the business district and the West Lake, and the breakfast variety is rich to satisfy the taste buds. Front desk allow us to check in early and upgraded our room. The room is nice and has everything we need. However, the breakfast is not up to our expectations. We did not have the breakfast for second day.

A very distinctive hotel. The environment is quiet, the rooms are large, and the decoration is Chinese style, which is very grand. I booked 2 rooms of the same price, but the room layouts are completely different. I asked the housekeeper, and the housekeeper said that each room type of Zixuan is different. The housekeeper service is very thoughtful, especially when checking in, the room introduction is very detailed. Dinner was eaten at the hotel's Jiexianglou (one Michelin star, two black pearl diamonds), which was fine except that it was expensive. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, with Chinese, Japanese, Western and other set meals to choose from, which are thoughtful and rich. We are a family traveler, and Zixuan's environment, food and thoughtful service make the elders and children very satisfied, so it must be highly praised!

The hotel is conveniently located within short walking distance to Xixi national wetland park, which was the main reason I had picked it. The location and room was pretty peaceful. The hotel and room had some nice artistic pieces that add character to the place :-) A highlight is the breakfast room with the aquarium right above with fishes swimming above your head with really fun; the Chinese breakfast was so-so. The metro is 10 min walk away and there's a shopping mall right beside it.
