Our group of 6 stayed 3 nights at peridot. We had some hiccups which was of no fault by the hotel..( like losing one luggage from our group from our cruise, and tour operator etc). The hotel went above and beyond to help us resolve our problems. Special thanks to Plum, who was so nice and friendly and was so professional and efficient to resolve issues for us. Hotel has plenty of restaurants and street food everywhere and is very near the lake. Beautiful pool and sky bar too.Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from the bellboys to the front desk staff. They even gifted my mom who has a bad knee a herbal compress from the spa. Small details and kind gestures made our stay here so special. 5 stars to the peridot team!

The hotel has nice view of the west lake tay ho lake. Very nice and friendly staff but the location to old quarter need take like 20min drive

Harry and Tom at the front desk were super helpful and we had a fantastic time in the old quarter. The hotel is located in a back lane, we enjoyed the feel of the city hustle. We are a family of 4 with two young kids. There’s a few worthwhile spots nearby - Roses Travel Agency, the massage place staffed by blind people, some good bahn mi (sic) and bun chau (sic, I’m not sure of the spelling for these). Also, definitely recommended bringing AUD, EUR, or USD notes and exchanging here. The exchange rates in some of the local hotels/travel agencies/etc are close to commercial currency exchange rates, far superior to exchange rates from western banks.

Great Japanese business service apartment. All the Japanese appliances, food on breakfast are pretty closed to the food when I live in Japan's hotel. Public bath (Onsen) is great as well. Especially the customer, since most of them are Japanese, the hotel is very quite and comfort to stay. Which is way way better than the one I usually stay (Grand plaze) next to it. But the Big C look quite close to the hotel but no direct route to go. It took me 15 min to walk from hotel to BIg C.

The Covid epidemic is going on very complicated in Hanoi. Children instead of going to school, participating in outdoor sports activities, outdoor sessions are indoors all day! Prison leads psychological stress for both children and parents. So my family always wants to have short, safe vacations before the epidemic and have a fresh space for the children to have a comfortable time. we chose diamond westlake suites - a great destination that meets my family's requests!interesting experiences,peaceful for children and great relaxation for parents! This is great hotel and at great price. The staff are so helpful and courteous. The rooms are vẻy comfortable and quiet. The free laundary facilities are a nice convenience for travelers. Breakfast is only $10 USD and almost any food you can imagine is on offer. Dinner in the cafe is excellent including the NZ steaks and Chilean wine. On our day off we walked all over the Old Quarter to the Long Bien Bridge. Speedy wifi too.

Good hotel, few minutes walk to Hanoi Train street, located in Old Quarter. It is far away from Hanoi International Airport.. about an hour drive. The hotel staff are very friendly and I feel good hospitality. My flight was in the morning at 9.30 and I need to leave the hotel around 6.30 am. The hotel staff nicely packed for me the breakfast to have it on my way to airport. It is really great👍

It was one of my best stays in these 10years. The property gives us laid-back feeling with lake view from huge windows. People nowadays prefer to build up many stories, but this property has 8 layers. This low layered building makes us feel more comfortable feeling. It reminded us we were nature being. From the first touch was great. The club lounge personnel did hard work to meet our request of the room that I had asked them in a last minute. Ms.Sunny, Ms.Thu welcomed us with big smiles and Ms.Tram Le who is a loyalty manager came out to greet us in very polite way. I was really impressed. She is a very thoughtful person that she gave us 120% comfortable feelings even after checking out. She allowed us staying club lounge and spa area until our departure to the airport. (My flight was mid night)!! Everyone was great and kind in the club lounge. Ms.Sua, Ms.Thoa and Mr. Linh Do. They are really kind well noticed. Food was good but most of them are Korean food. If there were more Vietnamese local food, it would be nicer. Our room was beautiful. We were assigned to a suite room with lake view. It was spacious. Interior was calm and cozy. Amazingly, every single person working this hotel is very professional. I know how hard to hire such high-quality service provider nowadays but all of them are on very high standard. Swimming pool and sauna area was very nice. It took off our tiredness in a day. There was huge jacuzzi, sauna and shower room. The swimming pool was warm heated, and we could swim even at nighttime without freezing. The people working there were also very attentive with warm attitude. There is a very local town just in front of the hotel. You just get into a small street inside. It is so much fun to take time to explore there. You will see the local people life there. There are so many small shops like barber, butcher, Vietnamese noodle house, fruits shop, laundry shop, sinh to stand etc. I would like to be back this hotel again. Everything was really nice. If you are thinking where to stay in Ha Noi, I am sure this hotel is the best choice. とても素敵なホテルでした。働いている人、部屋、雰囲気、プール、サウナ、ジム、朝食、クラブラウンジ。全てにおいて平均値が高かったです。 最近ベトナムでは高いビルが流行りでどんどんホテルも高層化していますが、このJWマリオットはあえての8階建て。直前にインターコンチネンタルホテルの６９階に泊まってから来たのですが、この低層仕様がむしろ人間としてほっとする空間であることを痛感しました。また目の前が国際会議場で広々とした池が広がっているので、都市にありながらもリゾートっぽさも感じられ、リラックスできました。 部屋はジュニアスイートにアップグレードしていただき、朝食も本来ならばラウンジでとるはずだったのですが、JWカフェで食べてもいいよ、と仰っていただきました。 ステイを楽しんでほしいから！とチェックインを担当して下さった方が仰っていましたが、本当にその言葉通りすべてにおいて私たちのステイが良いものになるよう心配りを随所でしてくださいました。 ハノイの中心部からは離れていましたが、バイクを借りたので問題ありませんでした。バイクでバッチャンに行ったりオールドタウンに行ったり、西湖の周りを回ったりとかなり忙しく過ごしましたが、日中の街中の喧騒からホテルに帰ってきてリラックスできるギャップが私たちのスタイルには合っていました。 プールは温室温水で夜運動がてら泳ぐには丁度良かったです。サウナエリアも綺麗で、水風呂はありませんが氷の出る部屋（？）と巨大なジャグジー、シャワーの個室が4つとラウンジャー２つ。着替える場所も広く清潔でした。 クラブラウンジも営業時間が長く、プールサウナが22時までで、そのあと水分補給に立ち寄れるので便利でした。また子供の時間制限もなく良かったです。その代わりラウンジの雰囲気を保つため、スピーカーで電話をし始めた方にやんわり注意をしたり、トングを使わずに手でクッキーを取っている人にトングを使ってくださいね、とラウンジの方が優しく仰っているところにプロフェッショナルな姿勢を感じました。大人子供関係なく、きちんとマナーを守ってある程度の静かな雰囲気を保つためにホテルの方

We really enjoyed staying here. We originally booked another hotel but due to the noise and other issues we had to change it and we’re very glad we chose Fraser Suites. It is located in very convenient location. Supermarkets are in the same building complex, there are numerous coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby and Old quarter and other tourist sites are quick taxi ride away. There is also a free comfortable shuttle service which we used couple of times. The room was modern, spacious and quiet. We slept really good in a big comfortable king bed. We enjoyed cooking a lot in well equipped kitchen and the washing machine was very useful for our longterm stay. We used a sky lounge on the top floor couple of times. Very nice views and great cocktails!! Due to the weather the infinity pool was not open but it must be really nice when it is warm out. The best part was the very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionists, cleaning stuff, the shuttle drivers, bartenders and waiters, they made our stay very special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!
