"The hotel is located near the border of the old quarter near the big roundabout and express way. Hotel rooms facing the old quarter small lane so it is not affected by the noise of traffic on the expressway. This hotel is only 1 year old. Clean, beautiful and stylish. There are total 9 storeys in this hotel. Up to level 8 is hotel rooms. Level 9 is cafe and restaurant where you can enjoy the old quarter scenery as well as the busy traffic at the expressway while you having your breakfast. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Whenever we have questions or need help, we communicated through WhatsApp. There are hair salon, nails salon, massage salon nearby. The Hai San Seafood is located nearby just a 2 mins walk. There are 2 Convenient store GS25, Starbucks, Ramen shop, banh mi shop nearby. We are very happy with our stay at this hotel. Thank you Max, Jason and Bonnie."

"Second time staying here, and I still love the scent in the elevator – wish I knew where to buy it! Hanoi is changing so fast; two months ago there was a bus stop nearby with the #17 bus to the airport, but it's gone now. Good thing it's not far from Long Bien Bus Terminal, so I can catch a bus there. Today, I found out the E11 bus is free for foreigners! I told the driver I wanted to go to One Pillar Pagoda, and he actually stopped on a small road nearby and let me off. How great is that?!"

"My opinion is based solely on my stay, so please take it as one perspective among others. From check-in to check-out, honestly, I couldn't find a single fault. The cleanliness was excellent, the location was superb, and the service was outstanding. While the hotel isn't cheap, it's not super expensive either. In China, Korea, or other East Asian regions, it's really hard to find a hotel with good hygiene, location, and service at this price point. Especially when it comes to service, many places in China and Korea are semi-self-service or even fully self-service, so you can barely talk about actual service. This place truly offers great value for money."
