Glad to have chosen la siesta hang trung among the hundrrds of hotels in hanoi. Location was close to shops and restaurants yet away from the big crowds. Front desk and door assistants were readily available to assist. Red bean staff were the best. I enjoyed the daily breakfast spread. Tram nguyen is a gem so as rhe rest of the crew (all of them). Both the junior suite and owner's suite are remarkable! See you soon!!!

The hotel overall is good except the sound proof of the rooms is not so great. We could hear our neighbors talking in their rooms. Breakfast is good as well with great choices.

All the hotel staff were friendly.
The location was great as it was close to the lake, making it perfect for a walk, and it was conveniently near must-visit attractions.
The breakfast was delicious, and I loved that there was a heated pool.

Our stay at La Siesta Classic was one of the best customer service experiences that we have encountered. The staff was very helpful and willing to move mountains to maintain a comfortable stay. The breakfast is very good and there is something for everyone. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The hotel stay has been a great experience. We were served by Quynh Anh and she was very thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay.
The restaurant and bar staff were also great and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. They went over and above to assist with any issues or inquiries. The location was perfect and was close to shopping and restaurants. Rooms were a fair size, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend this for the price that they charge.

We had a terrific stay at La Siesta! The service was wonderful and they gave complimentary welcome drinks and snacks to everyone checking in. I was worried the no window would be uncomfortable but it was not a problem at all and actually a very comfortable room to stay in! I will definitely come back again if I come back to Hanoi 😊

it is a good hotel located in a good location. the trip is for work. so didn't experience too much facilities in the hotel. Will try it next time.
