Very good place to stay. Near the lake and Lotte Mall,
The room is very neat and clean, suitable for couples who want to spend honeymoon for a couple of weeks. There's a Bathtub 🛀 , mini dining table, fridge, water dispenser, shoe cabinet, wardrobe and kitchen. Coffee tabel, sofa, and TV. Everything is complete to stay and enjoy Hanoi. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, convenient transportation near the dining and shopping center. Surrounded by many cafes, hair washing services, nails, restaurants and mini marts... very satisfied, good customer care and friendly.

The location is good, close to the bus station.
Hanoi is not big, you can get to your destination quickly by taxi or bus.
The room is quite large, with repeated bedrooms and a living room. The bathroom has a bathtub and a heated toilet, which is good.
The only downside is that the water heater runs out of hot water after a while, and the bathtub can only be filled to about 1/4.
