Very good hotel but need to improve the service and behaviour of reception people to serve the clients as my water kettle not working it took 90 minutes to get back to us

I recently stayed at the Grand Dragon Noi Bai Hotel, which is a simple and budget-friendly option conveniently located just 5-7 minutes' drive from the airport. It’s an ideal choice for a quick overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight. The rooms are basic but adequate, offering just what’s needed for a comfortable night's rest. I had informed the hotel staff the night before about my requirement to reach the airport by 5:30 AM, and they efficiently arranged transport for me. The cost was 100,000 VND, accommodating four people and four pieces of luggage, which I found very reasonable.
Overall, the hotel provided a hassle-free and satisfactory experience for a brief stay, with convenience and affordability being its key highlights.

Pretty convenient airport hotel. One should arrange the hotel pickup in advance - it’s close to the airport but not easy to get.

Very clean , comfortable bed and pillows , close to the airport, you can walk or take a grab , also they can arrange a car to pick you up from the airport
