TROY HOUSE - MASTERI WEST HEIGHTS

A very unpleasant stay. This accommodation experience is not even worth my time to review it, but I will make it simple.  This is what we call a complete switch bait . We were given an apartment that was a complete dump. I was informed by Troy House that both apartments or equally nice, one location being closer to the city center and another one little farther away. But I decided to choose one closer to the city center, we were given a mediocre studio, completely unkept. Cooking area was dirty and greasy. Dishes were dirty. Stains on the sofa. A chair appear to be all broken. Toilet seat broken. Only one burner works. Awful smell in the corridor.  Also very rude security receptionist staff. Worst of all was the actual Troy House representative himself. He had the shameless audacity to demand another 600,000 from my girlfriend for putting us at a unit closer to the city center. But yet the quality of the unit was awful and completely apart. Major maintenance and renovation needed. Horrible experience. I would not recommend dealing with Troy House.Manager was completely annoying and disrespectful, I actually had to block him from my WhatsApp account.

This place gave me just the break I needed. It was quiet, even though it’s located near busy streets. The décor was simple and clean. The water was always hot, and the Wifi was fast. I liked the little corner near the window where I could relax. I didn’t want to leave by the end of the trip.

Great location near the center. The apartment has a balcony and all necessary furniture. Staff were responsive and kind.

What a lovely stay! The building is new and the apartment was spotless. There’s a large shopping mall nearby and getting a taxi was easy. The host also helped us with local recommendations and answered quickly. Loved the quiet vibes and modern design of the unit.

High-floor apartment with fresh air and glittering city lights at night. The balcony’s lounge chair is perfect for chilling. Breakfast is plentiful—from omelets to pastries. Reasonable price for such a prime location.

I loved the natural light coming into the apartment during the day. The design was modern. It felt calm and welcoming. The bed was large, and the curtains blocked out light at night perfectly. Great for remote work or relaxing after a long day.
