The location was nice and calm, the staff and checkin process was really nice. However the hotel is full of mosquitos. Was bitten a few times. However if you have inspect repellant and looking for a safe affordable stay I highly recommend it. Otherwise stay in their other properties because this one is bare bones.

The Westlake Pearl Suites and Spa was a good choice for our trip to Hanoi, Vietnam. The location was central as it was just a stone’s throw from some really awesome convenient stores, pubs and restaurants. We stayed there for 5 days during our trip. The room was clean and very spacious. Our room was cleaned and restocked with supplies daily. We did have some issues with the wifi and accessing Netflix and YouTube on the TV but those were minor inconveniences as we spent most of the trip exploring the great outdoors. If you’re looking for budget-friendly accommodation in Hanoi, I would highly recommended the Westlake Pearl Suites and Spa. The front desk clerks were so hospitable and helpful and they were also able to communicate in English.

The hotel is situated at Westlake, relatively quiet if you compare to staying at old quarters. Room is clean and spacious and very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Ms Juleen. She had been very helpful and informative with all my enquiries, places I want to go and food I want to try. She speaks very good English and Chinese, I'm very surprised with this. Overall a very satisfied and enjoyable stay.

This is a hotel adjacent to Ho Tay with convenient transportation.
There are convenience stores nearby, and there are many local and foreign restaurants. It is a good location for walking around Ho Tay.
There are 4 rooms on one floor, 2 rooms without windows, 1 room with a lake view, and 1 room with a city view behind the lake.
My room didn't have a window, so I paid extra and changed it to a room with a lake view.
It is clean and the service is friendly.

Super nice room, all the staff are super enthusiastic and beautiful boys and girls. Even though I stayed in Tay Ho for 1 day, I didn't like walking around the lake but I liked walking around the room. I will definitely come back next time. Thank you so much.
