Velin Loft Hanoi

This is the absolutely worst apartment. They posted a posted as 3 bedroom apartment with a common area, but what it truly looks like when we arrived is, it was 4 small rooms sharing a public hallway with a kitchenette and tiny “king size” beds. To enter the property, you go through a busy cafe, no elevator, and with 4 flights of chair. The worse part? The public restroom of the cafe is located in one of the flights of stairs to the room, there was no secure door to separate the hallway and the restroom, strangers can come up right into the bedroom doors! We have a 5 year old, 8 year old and a 14 year old with us. There’s no way the beds we’re king size beds, you can’t fit 3 people in it so my husband and I needed to sleep separately to accompany our 8 year old and 5 year old. Wait, there’s more. I complained to Trip about this, so they contacted the owner and the owner declined a refund. The owner did not even exert effort to help get our luggages upstairs. They listed they have a washer, but there was no washer at all. The owner also got upset that I complained to Trip and texted me angrily - absolutely not professional. This property is not worth it. It’s also not very clean. In one of the rooms, there was a useless bath tub in the middle of a common area. Disastrous property! NEVER BOOK THIS!!!

They are only 5 separate rooms in same storey without living rooms as shown in picture. We are family trip we had to stay in different rooms without places to gathering together . We booked for 5 nights, 2nd and 3rd days out of city, 4th date back again apartment (stay 3 nights only ), no any rooms service during this period, no cleaning anymore. On our first day, my small room toilet found a big spider,3 day after back still there, I tell front desk they asked me to contact customers service. The rooms are behind Cafe. we have to go through Cafe and use the narrow staircase up to 3rd floors carrying our baggage !

This stay meant more to me than just accommodation – it was an experience full of peace and comfort. The place has a beautiful atmosphere where you feel welcome from the very first moment. The room was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The staff were kind, sincere, and always willing to help with a smile. I left with a feeling of gratitude and would love to return again.

The room was clean, well–maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were attentive and professional throughout my stay, and the location made it very convenient to access nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, excellent service and strong value — I would confidently recommend this accommodation for both leisure and business travel.
