All the staffs there are friendly and attentive. Special appreciation to the male front desk staff who greet me on my check-in date with impressively sincere attitude. I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time. The front desk staff served me with a nice glass of drinks and introduce me the local restaurants nearby. On the second day of my stay, there was a water supply problem occured in my bathroom. A young staff called David is helpful and he responded to my problems swiftly. The ommelette served in the breakfast restaurant is awesome. There arent too many choices available in the buffet line but the variety is enough for me.

I recently stayed at this newly opened hotel and was impressed from the very first moment. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the room was beautiful, clean, and cozy. The bed was soft and super comfortable.
Special thanks to Rosie, a lovely female staff member who was very kind, caring, and always smiling 💕
And also to the young male staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name)
he was so friendly, chatty, and went above and beyond to help with everything. Both of them made my stay extra special! 🥰

I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in Hanoi, but this one is by far my favourite! Amazing location, close enough to the main spots (10-15 minutes walk) but far enough that you get to see a different, quieter, side to Hanoi. Every part of my stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff are amazing... Warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Even though the hotel only opened a week ago, the staff are doing a superb job.
The rooms and communal spaces are beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the spa offered excellent value (special thanks to Rae, who was especially helpful and lovely to chat with).
Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t ideal, so I didn’t get to try the rooftop pool, but it looked stunning nonetheless 😉 I'll be back again to try it out!

Check-In was a breeze. They greeted us with a welcome drink a refreshing cold towels. They also took our luggage to the room so that we could get on our way. When we saw our room for the first time we learned trip had our daughter listed as 12 and not 13 so they had not set up the spare bed and the staff had left. To resolve this issue they quickly switched our room to one with more beds. They also helped us book a car, exchange money and stored our luggage after check out. Breakfast was yummy with Vietnamese coffee and omelette made to order. The hotel has recently been remodeled so everything smells new, there is construction dust and some reminders that the work is not yet complete. The location is walkable and the room decor is beautiful!

This hotel is quite new. It is located in a good spot and very clean. Breakfast had good western and vietnamese options. Staff were very friendly and warm. With some airport delays we booked a last minute airport shuttle service late at night and the hotel staff were very prompt in organising it. Recommend staying here.

I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Ham Long Hotel & Spa in Hanoi. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming — they always greeted me with a smile and were eager to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was also very nice, with a good variety of delicious options to start the day. Thank you to all the team for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again next time I visit Hanoi!

It’s a newly opened hotel. My partner and I noticed a bad smell in the room right after check-in, which turned out to be an issue with the bathroom drainage. The maintenance staff came quickly and fixed it after we reported it to the front desk. Since we were only staying for one night and had to leave the next day at noon, we didn’t ask for any further arrangements. The breakfast was quite good, and the hospitality was warm. Overall, it’s a hotel that meets the basic four-star standard.
