do not stay here. Misleading photos using 3d renders. The photos of the actual rooms are buried deep below 60+ renders. No blanket/doona provided. Slept with nothing. The cleaners stay and clean the cafe and hallways until 12-1am. The lights of the coffee shop below also stay on which beams into the room as the curtains are not low enough to hide the light. The room was extremely cramped, and the lock on the door was one hard knock from falling to pieces. Spend your money elsewhere. $290aud for 3 nights, I left after the first night. Do not stay here.

Hotel is ok but staff is not that friendly and helpful. For the price, I’d go somewhere else.

Very cool place! We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Ambiance was amazing!

Not very clean. Water heater was not working, had to call someone twice. Communication by we chat message, no front desk reception. The good thing is the location, got there by Grab. Easy to find.

Well it’s a mixed feeling. The communication with staff and checkin was flawless. The room itself does look like on the pictures but it doesn’t feel the same. It’s very photogenic that’s all. It was well cleaned but it’s a pretty run down place. You enter through a dirty shady corridor. The bed linens and towels are in dark grey and brown colors so you can’t really tell if they’re clean. In the morning I woke up to the intense smell of cigarettes that was coming through ventilation. Through a bamboo structure on the ceiling you can see an old and stained concrete. Overall nothing wrong but wouldn’t book it again.

Staying at this hotel was truly a delightful experience. Perfectly located in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, it offers unbeatable convenience for exploring the city's rich culture and history. The hotel combines comfort and elegance, with beautifully appointed rooms and thoughtful amenities. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive throughout my stay
