Living in a national forest feels like a paradise, the clouds and mist are so beautiful. The service staff are very polite. However, the air conditioning is not very powerful, and there is no car service to take us down the mountain. You will need to purchase park tickets before checking into the hotel…

You can call it a mountain resort in the park. The size of the room is large, the view is good, and it is different from the general hotels where it is good to take a walk around the area. Breakfast is also great.

The price is expensive, the service quality is too poor, eating and drinking is more expensive than a 5-star restaurant, bringing a bottle of wine for 30 usd, Anyone who has not come here, I advise not to come, lose dozens of tubers for nothing.

Marvellous massage at the SpaRetreat - felt great afterwards. Lau & Nhu were excellent and were really skilled. We had a massage with scented oils, hot stones and wooden rollers. Also the Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room and Body Polish left me feeling great.

Very nice place and quite! I met Mai Anh- the warmly receiptionist who helps me alot during checkin and out! Thanks so much for her support and hope to go back soon in the future! The other thing I like that i can walk and relax in the middle of forest! Amazing.

This is a truly special sanctuary. Beautiful, peaceful and rich in history. The food is exceptional and the swimming pool is heaven. However I can only give this hotel a three star rating because the staff are woefully untrained. Most are trying their best but they just don’t understand good service. Slow, chaotic, rife with misunderstandings, it actually became a real challenge. Added to this were odd things like having to plead for drinking water and being charged for a broken coat hanger at checkout. It was a shame as it did leave a bitter taste on departure for something so trivial. Much more training needed.
